Ross Dean
Ross Dean serves as senior vice president of sales at Versova and is responsible for overseeing customer development, marketing and branding at the company.
Before working in the egg industry, Ross worked in heavy equipment sales in the scrap recycling industry for Al-Jon, Inc. He began his career in the egg industry working for Hawkeye Pride Egg Farm in 2010 and joined Versova in 2016.
Ross sits on the American Egg Board and United States Egg Marketers Board as well as committees with the Iowa Poultry Association and United Egg Producers. He is the past chair of the Food Bank of Iowa where he served on the board for six years and helped create the “Cracking Hunger” initiative with the Iowa Egg Council. Ross received his bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in marketing from Central College in Pella, Iowa.
